Job Description
In a supportive K-12 educational environment located in Fall River, MA, professionals are sought to provide essential 1:1 and classroom support as instructional assistants. This role is designed for the extended school year, focusing on enhancing the learning experiences of students in need of additional assistance.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably with K-12 students.
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff.
- Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in child development or special education is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist students individually and in small groups to support instructional activities.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency in behavioral support.
- Collaborate with teachers to modify instructional materials as needed.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records as required.
