Qualifications:
- Valid Paraprofessional Education License (PEL) or Para Certificate
- Previous experience working with students with special needs, particularly Autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement classroom strategies and support individual learning plans
- Experience as a classroom aide or providing one-on-one support

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering educational content tailored to students with Autism and behavioral challenges
- Provide support as a classroom aide and engage with students individually to promote positive learning outcomes
- Collaborate with instructional staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student progress and strategies
