Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to working collaboratively with students, staff, and families
Location:
- Algonquin, IL
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate therapy into students' daily routines
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation of services rendered
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
