Location:
Fairport, NY, with itinerant responsibilities across surrounding areas, including Brighton, Pittsford, East Irondequoit, West Irondequoit, and Webster.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students aged 5 to 22
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to implement effective therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize provided BOCES laptops for documentation and communication
- Ensure compliance with all school procedures and paperwork as required
