ProCare Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide maternity leave coverage in a school-based setting in White Plains, NY. This role will continue through the end of the school year and offers a rewarding opportunity to support students' mobility and physical development in an educational environment.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: White Plains, NY (onsite)
• Duration: ASAP End of School Year (maternity leave coverage)
• Caseload: School-based, details discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group physical therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school regulations

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New York PT license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
