An opportunity exists for dedicated professionals specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis to support students in a K-12 educational environment. Qualifications:
- Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in therapy
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services using ABA principles
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate behavioral supports in the classroom
- Conduct training sessions for teachers and paraprofessionals on ABA techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
