Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis related to behavior management
- Patience and adaptability in various classroom settings

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in accordance with established behavioral protocols

- Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral changes
