An opportunity exists for Registered Behavior Technicians to provide essential support in educational settings for students requiring behavioral interventions. Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Location:
Clackamas, OR (with placements in Canby, OR and Gladstone, OR)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct one-on-one assistance to students demonstrating challenging behaviors
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral changes
- Collaborate with educational staff to create a cohesive support system
- Conduct training sessions for staff and parents on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Maintain professional standards and continued education as required
