Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children, particularly in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Patience and adaptability in handling diverse student needs
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Location: Claremont, NH
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral support and training to students under the guidance of supervising professionals.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create comprehensive support strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavioral data.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
