Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in behavior intervention
- Familiarity with Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to data collection and analysis for student progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to students using evidence-based techniques
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to enhance student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain documentation of student progress
