Job Description

Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children, particularly in educational settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff
- Previous experience with K-12 students preferred
Location: Enfield, NH
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students using recognized ABA techniques
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress
- Attend staff meetings and participate in training as required
