Seeking dedicated professionals to provide essential behavioral support in an educational setting. This on-site role focuses on working with K-12 students, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to enhance their learning experiences and overall development.
Qualifications:
- Certified ABA Therapist or relevant certification
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
Location:
- Irving, TX
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in line with ABA techniques
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and track progress
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a conducive learning environment
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on ABA practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and strategies for support
