Job Description
An opportunity exists for a skilled RBT to provide essential support in an educational setting. This role is focused on delivering behavioral interventions and guidance to students, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with students with special needs, particularly in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments and needs
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to student progress
- Provide one-on-one support to students, encouraging positive behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with educational staff to create a supportive learning atmosphere
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
