Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children, particularly in an elementary setting

- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Patience and flexibility to adapt to varying student needs
