Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with young children, particularly in integrated or self-contained classrooms
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- BCBA supervision provided for further professional development
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support and training to students in the classroom
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of supervisory staff
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to enhance students' learning experiences
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment conducive to student growth
