Job Description
A dedicated professional is sought to provide behavior support in an elementary school setting. This role focuses on delivering essential services to students during the extended summer program, aimed at fostering positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Current OSPI fingerprints and clear background check
- Valid Washington State Driver's License or evidence of mobility experience
- Proven experience working in home, school, and virtual settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Seattle, WA
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and support students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches as necessary
- Provide training and guidance to staff and families on behavior management techniques
- Attend and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
