Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to K-12 students, addressing individual health needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create health plans tailored to students requirements.
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed, ensuring proper health management.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate medical records for all students.
- Support students during transportation, ensuring their safety and comfort on school buses.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student health concerns and needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- Current nursing license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
