Job Description
An engaging opportunity is available for professionals specializing in educational psychology within a K-12 setting. This contract position is based in Annapolis, MD, and spans the full 2025-2026 school year, focusing on a varied caseload of students with moderate to severe disabilities across five schools within the district.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate Level degree in School Psychology
- Valid school psychology license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not mandatory
Location:
Annapolis, MD
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct behavioral interventions and support students emotional and educational needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and evaluations
