Qualifications:
- Active Virginia School Psychologist License
- Demonstrated experience in school psychology, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and social-emotional learning
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to various school environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Arlington, VA, serving across four school sites within two campuses, approximately two miles apart.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and develop intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student mental health and behavioral needs
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and social-emotional learning
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
