Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (State of Colorado or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong understanding of school-based psychological assessment tools and data interpretation
• Experience with developing and implementing appropriate IEPs and 504 Plans
• Excellent communication, consultation, and rapport-building skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to collaborate flexibly within a multidisciplinary educational environment
• Prior experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Interpret assessment results to determine eligibility for specialized services and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Develop intervention strategies with teachers, administrators, and families to promote academic and social success
• Facilitate or contribute to team meetings for IEP, 504, and RTI planning
• Support crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Advocate for best practices in school mental health and learning environments
