Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in psychological evaluations within a K-12 school setting. This contract position is located in Brunswick, ME, and runs from ASAP until June 30, 2025. The role focuses on conducting assessments, writing IEP reports, and collaborating with educational teams to support student needs.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active School Psychologist certification or license
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong skills in psychological evaluation and report writing
- Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Brunswick, ME
Responsibilities:
- Complete 3-5 psychological evaluations for students
- Develop and write Individualized Education Program (IEP) reports
- Attend and present findings at initial IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations and interventions
