Job Description
In an engaging educational environment, professionals specializing in school psychology are sought to provide essential support to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This part-time position focuses on the 2025-2026 school year, as we aim to enhance the well-being and academic success of our students through targeted testing, assessments, and counseling services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Strong assessment and testing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff
Location:
Bunker Hill, IL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological testing and assessments for students
- Provide counseling services to support student needs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Implement and promote mental health awareness programs within the school
