Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Knowledge of educational policies and mental health practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
- Provide counseling and support services tailored to student needs
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding behavioral interventions and support strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student well-being
- Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding mental health and wellness
