Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators.
- Provide consultation services to teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student needs and interventions.
- Deliver direct counseling services to students and facilitate crisis interventions as necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a data-driven approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, adhering to all compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills, particularly in K-12 settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload while adhering to deadlines and timelines.
- Experience with or knowledge of IEP processes and educational law.
