Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid school psychologist certification or license
- Experience in conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Knowledge of K-12 education policies and practices
Location:
- Cicero, IL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for approximately 80 students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and support academic success
- Provide consultation services to educators and parents regarding student evaluations and interventions
- Develop and implement assessment tools and protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations and findings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
