Location: Columbia, SC
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff and parents.
- Provide counseling and support services to students, fostering their emotional and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall development of students.
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding mental health and educational practices.
Qualifications:
- State-issued license in school psychology.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state education license for SC.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in special education settings.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
