Job Description
In a supportive K-12 educational environment located in Cottage Grove, OR, professionals will provide essential psychological services to students. This role focuses on enhancing student well-being and academic performance through assessment, intervention, and consultation.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and mental health
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student interventions
- Provide counseling and support services tailored to individual students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health topics
- Monitor and track student progress and outcomes
