Position Highlights:

• Hourly Pay: $44 - $49 per hour, based on experience
• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Hours: Consistent and reliable
• Support: Access to a clinical team for guidance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to address students' academic and emotional needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for students with behavioral and emotional challenges
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create effective educational and support plans
• Stay informed about best practices in school psychology and online learning

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas or current state of residence (if needed)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools for virtual assessment and counseling
