Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement appropriate individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs.
- Provide direct counseling services and interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist License in Connecticut.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with educational staff and parents.
