A K-12 school in League City, TX is seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential psychological services to its students for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology
- Active Texas School Psychologist licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Commitment to providing culturally competent services
Location:
- League City, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
- Provide direct counseling services to students and support their emotional and psychological needs
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
- Serve as a resource for families regarding mental health and educational concerns
