Qualifications:
- Active Virginia School Psychologist License
- Previous experience in school psychology
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and social-emotional learning
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrative staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an itinerant role is preferred
Location: Manassas, VA
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across PreK-12.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Support mental health initiatives within the school community.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote social and emotional learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in professional development.
