Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active certification or license in School Psychology
- Strong knowledge of educational policies and mental health practices
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Location:
- Middletown, DE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services tailored to student needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student mental health
- Develop crisis intervention plans and provide support during emergencies
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive approach to student care
