Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' psychological needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students and families
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create conducive learning environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Ensure compliance with state and school regulations regarding psychological services
