Qualifications:
- Active Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in evaluations and interventions
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing IEPs
Location: Naperville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological evaluations and support for students district-wide, focusing on those up for reevaluation.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement appropriate interventions and support strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and necessary adjustments to their educational plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student assessments and progress.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current in the field.
