Exciting opportunity for skilled professionals specializing in educational support within K-12 environments. This position is located in New Haven, CT, and involves working with students in need of psychological services from August 2025 to June 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or credential
  • Experience working in K-12 settings
  • Ability to conduct assessments and evaluations (60+ evaluations)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with special education processes and regulations
  • Experience supporting diverse student populations

Location:
New Haven, CT

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and re-evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
  • Assist students transitioning from birth to age 3, focusing on individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Support community students aged 3-5 referred to special education services
  • Manage a caseload of 90-105 students, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
