Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support to students facing academic and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to implement intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
- Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field
