This position focuses on providing critical psychological services, completing special education evaluations, and collaborating with school teams to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist Licensure
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures regarding mental health and special education
Location:
- Peck, MI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create tailored support plans
- Participate in building level teams to address student needs and implement interventions
- Provide consultation and training to staff on best practices for mental health
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and services provided
