Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license in the state
- Experience working with early childhood populations
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location: Raeford, NC Early Childhood School
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Provide short-term counseling and behavioral interventions to support students' needs.
- Consult with educators and parents regarding students mental health and academic challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed within the school community.
- Ensure compliance with all state and district regulations regarding psychological services.
