Qualifications:
- Valid Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists license
- Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Rockwall, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students
- Develop and implement assessment tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to interpret evaluation results
- Provide recommendations based on assessment findings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of evaluations
- Support the school in understanding and addressing students' psychological needs
