Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist credential or license in California
  • Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, parents, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of special education processes and regulations

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide tailored interventions for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for students and staff
  • Offer professional development workshops for school staff on mental health and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
