Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cognitive and academic assessments to determine student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide consultation services regarding student behavior and learning needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
- Deliver training and resources to staff and parents on psychological best practices
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology
