Job Description

Qualifications:
- Specialist degree in school psychology from a board-approved program
- Completion of supervised internships in school or educational settings
- Successful passage of required examinations
- Minimum of two years of experience for Level III licensure
- Strong ability to provide direct services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, interventions, and consultations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective strategies for student success
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' special education needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
- Provide training and support to school staff on mental health and behavioral issues
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
