Position Overview:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Students: Conduct psychological evaluations to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
- Provide Counseling: Offer individual and group counseling to students to support mental health, social-emotional skills, and academic achievement.
- Consult with Staff: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop strategies for managing student behaviors and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Develop Intervention Plans: Create and implement interventions and accommodations for students with special needs, in collaboration with school teams.
- Crisis Management: Provide immediate support in crisis situations, offering strategies to de-escalate and address student needs.
- Promote Mental Health Awareness: Encourage school-wide initiatives focused on mental well-being and social-emotional development.
