Job Description

Qualifications:
- Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Location: Tacoma, WA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Provide direct counseling services to students and support their emotional and psychological development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of students
- Provide training and support to staff on mental health issues and best practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
