Position: Psychologist
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: Competitive rate of $45-55+ per hour

Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide direct counseling and therapeutic services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans.
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide input on educational planning.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Florida.
- Experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
