Full-Time School-Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) Morehead, KY

ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to join a school district in Morehead, KY. This full-time role provides 1:1 support for a 2nd grade female student who may experience complete hearing loss. The district prefers an onsite candidate for the remainder of the school year.

Position Overview:

• Location: Morehead, KY
• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Duration: ASAP May 27, 2025
• Caseload: 1:1 support for a 2nd grade student
• Requirements:
• EIPA Score of 4.0+
• Active Kentucky License from the KY Board of Interpreters for the DHH

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time ASL interpretation in the classroom
• Ensure the student has full access to learning materials and activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance communication
• Support the students academic and social development
