About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a school-based position in Seward, NE. This onsite role is available as part-time or full-time, supporting students in various inclusive settings. The school prefers candidates with an EIPA score of 4.0, but flexibility is available for those with a slightly lower score. Position Details:

- End Date: May 21, 2025
- Caseload: Various, inclusive settings
- Location: Seward, NE (onsite only)
- EIPA Requirement: 4.0 preferred (flexibility for lower scores may be available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide ASL interpretation for students in classrooms and school activities
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and peers
- Support students in accessing the curriculum in an inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with educators and special education teams
- Ensure compliance with IEP goals and student needs
Qualifications:
- EIPA score of 4.0 preferred (lower scores may be considered)
- Nebraska state certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of deaf culture and educational interpreting best practices
