Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with IEPs and the educational process
Location:
- Alpharetta, GA, with placements in various areas including Suwanee, Lawrenceville, and Buford.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a dynamic school environment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
