Qualifications:

• Masters degree in SLP or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Location: Alvin, TX

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual student assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student participation and engagement.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
