Qualifications:
- Masters degree in SLP or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Location: Alvin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on individual student assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student participation and engagement.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
