Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with K-12 students, addressing diverse communication needs
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as necessary
• Provide direct therapy services and facilitate student participation in communication
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
